Shipping within Australia Flat rate of $20 for all orders within Australia. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery, tracking and insurance. Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post website. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number.
Shipping outside Australia Flat rate of $40 for all international orders outside Australia. Orders outside Australia are shipped via International Registered Post and can take from 7-10 business days. All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes. Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur.

Please provide Natasha Schweitzer with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post or International Registered Post. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

We will happily exchange an item for a different size or change of mind within 14 days of receiving the item. Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer's own expense. Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds will not be accepted simply for change of mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions you may have before making a purchase.
We will repair any items with manufacturing faults within the first 6 months from the purchase date. In case of faulty items, a refund can be given upon inspection of the item, and outgoing postage will be refunded.
Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidized or fading plating, broken chain, cracked or broken stones or bending of rings or earrings etc.
In order to maintain your jewellery in perfect condition, we recommend following our care instructions and having your jewellery serviced annually by us. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on this service.
How to make a return or exchange
To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, all Natasha Schweitzer jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or show signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.
To request a return or exchange, email us at email@example.com to request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number stating your full name, order number and reason for return/exchange. Please note that all items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
After you have received your RMA number, please securely package your item in its original box and send it to the below address using an insured express service with signature on delivery. We will not be held responsible for jewellery lost or damaged during postage back to us.
