We invite you to book a private consultation, where we take the time to understand your vision for the perfect ring, as well as your preferred budget.

Each appointment is carefully tailored and typically runs for around 30 minutes. During your initial consultation, our Diamond Specialists will guide you through the 4 Cs - cut, colour, clarity, and carat - offering expert insight to help you select the ideal diamond.

You’ll be presented with a curated range of design concepts, and together we’ll refine your preferences, from overall aesthetic to your chosen diamond shape, to establish a clear direction for your bespoke piece.

We present a curated selection of diamonds, each accompanied by detailed quotations for your consideration. This can be shared with you in person or conveniently via email, depending on your preference.

Our Diamond Specialists will then confirm your chosen design and offer thoughtful guidance to help you select the perfect stone.

Our highly experienced in-house jewellers handcraft each piece in our Australian workshop, bringing your design to life with exceptional care and precision.

Once your ring is complete, we will be in touch to arrange collection from one of our boutiques or secure delivery, whichever you prefer.

Your finished piece is then beautifully presented in our signature packaging, ready for its special moment.

Appointments can be booked here, or please contact our Customer Care Team at info@natashaschweitzer.com to arrange an in-store consultation or begin the process remotely.

Our Customer Care Team is available Monday to Friday, 9:30am–4:00pm AEST.

If you’re not located near one of our boutiques, we are pleased to offer private consultations virtually.

All diamonds, precious stones, and pearls are carefully sourced by our in-house Gemmologist through a trusted network of established suppliers.

For diamonds, we work exclusively with accredited partners who adhere to the Kimberley Process, ensuring responsible and ethical sourcing.

At Natasha Schweitzer, we exclusively use GIA and IGI certified diamonds for all stones 0.50ct and above, ensuring exceptional quality and authenticity.

To commence production, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion of your ring.

We dispatch all pieces via a fully insured express courier, ensuring safe and secure delivery to destinations worldwide.

Payment is processed via a secure, personalised payment link prepared by your Diamond Specialist, or alternatively by bank transfer.

All domestic and international orders are dispatched via a secure, signature-required delivery service.

For orders shipped outside of Australia, duties and taxes vary depending on the destination country and are typically payable upon delivery.

Our Diamond Specialists are available to provide an estimate of these charges, ensuring you have a clear understanding of what to expect prior to shipment.

We offer a range of considered methods to help determine your partner’s ring size. For tailored advice, please contact our customer care team at info@natashaschweitzer.com, or view our ring size guide for further information.

We can arrange a formal valuation for insurance purposes, suitable for submission to your insurer (including home and contents policies), for a fee of $100.

Alternatively, we can recommend specialist jewellery insurer Q Report. Our team can assist in obtaining a quote, after which Q Report will liaise with you directly. The choice of insurer remains entirely at your discretion.

We recommend ensuring your piece is appropriately insured for ongoing protection and peace of mind, in line with your individual needs.

Please refer to our product care guide here.

For diamonds, we recommend regular at home cleaning using a gentle ultrasonic cleaner.

If you are located near one of our boutiques, we would be delighted to welcome you in-store for complimentary lifetime cleaning and polishing services.

At Natasha Schweitzer, we offer a lifetime manufacturer's warranty with every custom piece.

Here's what you should know about this type of warranty:

You Can Void It

Taking your Natasha Schweitzer piece to an outside jeweller for resizing or repairs will void your warranty. We cannot be held accountable for any work done outside of our workshop, and therefore do not recommend other jewellers. The jeweller who crafts your piece and knows the product is able to take better care of any necessary adjustments without complication, therefore we always recommend sending your piece to us for repairs or servicing.

Normal Wear & Tear

We know that you want your jewellery, especially engagement and wedding rings, to be an everyday companion. Wearing your jewellery daily for years on end does mean that your pieces are subject to general wear and tear, and accidental damage – just think about how much you use your hands each day while wearing a ring.

Your manufacturing warranty covers anything that can be drawn back to the manufacturing process. There is a huge difference between losing a stone because you knocked your hand on a kitchen counter (for example) vs. losing a stone out of the blue. It is important to note that over many years of wearing a design with diamonds, there is a likelihood that you could run into stone loss with time. This is a natural and normal part of owning diamond rings, and though we set each piece incredibly well, we cannot guarantee this for a lifetime of wearing your ring daily (unless you wanted to preserve your piece in a glass box without ever wearing it). Centre diamonds set with larger claws are very secure, and unless you damage your setting, will not fall out as easily as smaller diamonds can.

Taking proper care, being mindful of your jewellery (especially rings), and sending your jewellery in for a free annual check will minimize, if not completely prevent, the amount of stone loss or damage you experience. Simply keeping the claws around a diamond tight and secure will assist this.

Our expert jewellers inspect any damaged piece carefully under special microscopes to determine the cause of damage. Our team can easily differentiate damage or wear and tear vs a manufacturing fault. If we find the damage to be the fault of the wearer, we will happily repair your piece, but the cost will be passed on to you. For example, if we find a diamond is missing because a prong is broken or lifted, this is an indication the wearer damaged their ring, and would therefore not be covered under warranty.

It is important to note that we do look after all of our clients for life, and will always repair and service your jewellery at a cost-effective price. Annual inspections are free for our clients, and we encourage you to frequently drop your ring in to one of our boutiques for a clean if you can.
