POST CHRISTMAS WORKSHOP CLOSURE
EXTENDED PRODUCTION TIMELINES
Production will be paused for our workshop closure from the 23rd December, re-opening on the 7th January. Please note, all orders placed after the 23rd December will commence production from the 7th January. This must be considered when calculating production timelines during this period.
SHIPPING
We offer free express shipping for all orders over $200 worldwide*.
Orders placed online are processed Monday-Friday AEST. Production times exclude weekends and public holidays. Production times are outlined at time of purchase and are active from the first business day after placing an order.
All Natasha Schweitzer pieces are crafted to order and carry individual production timelines. To ensure pre-Christmas delivery, please note production timelines in product descriptions.
Once your order has been crafted, the following dispatch cut-off dates apply for pre-Christmas delivery via Australia Post Express:
18th December: NT, TAS, WA
19nd December: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA
Please note: these dates are based on Australia Post’s recommended guidelines. While we will dispatch your order within these timeframes, delivery delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Ready to Ship
Ready to Ship items, must be ordered one day prior to dispatch cut-off date for your state to ensure arrival before 25th December.

Please see individual product descriptions for production times as a guide when placing orders. Allow an additional 1-3 business days on all production timelines for express shipping.
Black Friday Orders
All orders placed within the promotion period incur an additional production time of 7-10 business days. We are unable to fast track orders or guarantee delivery dates.

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express and include tracking and signature on delivery.
A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to orders under $200. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please remember to check your spam or junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking updates.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx and include signature on delivery. A flat shipping fee of $40 applies to orders under $200. All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes.
Please note that prices do not include overseas customs duties or taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout and prepaid at the time of purchase. These charges are determined by each country’s governing border authority and are not set by Natasha Schweitzer.
