Marketing Manager
Full-time | Brisbane Head Office
The Marketing Manager will lead Natasha Schweitzer’s brand storytelling, client engagement, and digital marketing strategy to grow revenue, elevate brand presence, and ensure a consistent luxury experience across all touchpoints.
Working in collaboration with Creative, Art and Brand Directors, retail teams and external agencies, the role develops and executes integrated marketing campaigns across e-commerce, CRM, boutique activations and digital platforms. The position is accountable for budget management, ROI tracking and delivering measurable results, while maintaining the brand’s aspirational positioning and refined aesthetic.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Marketing strategy, maintaining consistent positioning across channels
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads)
- Manage website UX, SEO, and e-commerce conversion optimisation
- Own CRM clienteling strategy to nurture VIP clients
- Assist in content creation, photoshoots, and social media storytelling
- Partner with boutiques on local marketing and in-store activations
- Track and report marketing KPI’s, including ROI and campaign performance
- Manage freelancers, external agencies, and vendors to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing leadership
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms, CRM, SEO, paid media, and analytics
- High attention to detail and understanding of luxury positioning
- Project management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable marketing results
- Strong strategic, creative, and communication skills
