- Resizing services for rings purchased beyond the 14-day period, or for additional resizes, will incur a fee based on the complexity of the adjustment.
- All resizes and alterations are subject to an evaluation to ensure technical feasibility before proceeding.
- A significant ring resizing to fit a different finger than originally intended is considered a change of mind and will incur a fee.
For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be exchanged within 14 days if they remain unworn and in brand-new condition. All exchanges are subject to assessment prior to approval.

If you require a different chain length, we offer an exchange for your preferred size within or the option to add an adjustable link within 14 days.

- Promotional Purchases: Items purchased during a promotional period may be exchanged within 14 days; however, store credits and refunds are not available.
- Archive Sale Items: All purchases made during archive sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credits, unless deemed faulty by our team.

- Custom and bespoke products are final sale and not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
Every Natasha Schweitzer piece is handcrafted with precision and care. We offer a six-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing faults. Proof of purchase is required.

- This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, or alterations made by third-party jewellers, which will void the warranty.
Our skilled studio team can restore most pieces to their original condition. Should you require a repair:
1. Contact info@natashaschweitzer.com with detailed information, clear photos, and proof of purchase.
2. Our team will guide you through the process of returning your piece for assessment.
3. Once evaluated, we will provide a detailed repair description and quote.
To exchange or receive a credit for your purchase, all jewellery must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original protective packaging. Please note, postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense. We will not exchange goods that have been worn or show obvious signs of wear. If the product is damaged, not in its original saleable condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.
To request a return or exchange, email us at info@natashaschweitzer.com to request your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and one of our team members will email you through an RMA Form to fill out and send with your return. Please note that all items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Without the RMA number and form, all unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
After you have received your RMA number, please securely package your item in its original box and send it with your completed RMA form to the advised address using an insured express service with signature on delivery. We will not be held responsible for jewellery lost or damaged during postage back to us.
