    Please check production times for each piece in the product description as lead-times still apply. Items available in-stock will ship immediately. 



    EXTENDED EXCHANGE POLICY

    Orders place from November 1st - December 30th fall under our holiday exchange period. Orders can be sent back for an exchange or credit note until 20th January 2023. 

      

    SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

    Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking and signature on delivery. For orders under $200 a flat rate of $10 for shipping will be charged. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email or text with your tracking number. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Orders outside of Australia are shipped via DHL express with signature on delivery and can take from 5-10 business days pending customs. For orders under $200 a flat rate of $40 for shipping will be charged. All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes. Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur.

     

    INSURANCE

    Extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges. Please contact info@natashaschweitzer.com if you wish to have this added.
