Shipping within Australia
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express Post with tracking. Signature on delivery and extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges. Please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to have these added.
Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post website. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email or text with your tracking number. If notified via email, please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.
Flat rate of $40 for all international orders outside Australia. Orders outside Australia are shipped via DHL (express with signature on delivery) and can take from 5-10 business days pending customs. Extra insurance can be added upon request with additional charges. Please contact or customer care team at email@example.com if you wish to have these added.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes.
Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur.
The above delivery times are estimates only and Natasha Schweitzer cannot be accountable for late deliveries. Please provide Natasha Schweitzer with correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post or International Registered Post. We are unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.
