We offer free express shipping for all orders over $200 worldwide.
Orders placed online are processed Monday-Friday AEST. Production times exclude weekends
and public holidays. Production times are outlined at time of purchase and are active from the
first business day after placing an order.
Please note: Orders placed between Thursday 23rd November - Sunday 26th November will incur delays. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days to production timelines outlined in individual product description. Note, production timelines do not include shipping times.

Post Christmas Workshop Closure
Production will be paused for our workshop closure from the 22nd December, re-opening on the 8th January. Please note, all orders placed after the outlined time-frames above will commence production from the 8th January. This must be factored in when calculating production times during this period.
Extended Exchange Period
We will be offering an extended exchange policy until the 10th January 2024 for all full-priced pieces purchased from the 1st November 2023. For items purchased before the 1st November 2023, our standard 14 day exchange policy applies. Pieces must fit the criteria of our standard exchange policy to be eligible for the extended exchange policy.
Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express with tracking and signature on delivery.
For orders under $200 a flat rate of $10 for shipping will be charged. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email with your tracking number.
Please check your spam/junk mail folders for order confirmations and tracking information.
Orders outside of Australia are shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post or FedEx (all with signature on delivery).
For orders under $200 a flat rate of $40 for shipping will be charged. All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes.
Although we may use Australia Post, we advise you to track your order via your national postal service once your parcel has arrived in your designated country, as they will alert you of any custom/duties that may need to be paid, and will also deliver your parcel.
Please note, prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that you may incur. You will be notified at the checkout of the duties and taxes that are payable, and they will then be pre-paid. Duties and taxes are not determined by Natasha Schweitzer, they are determined by each country's governing border force.
